Great Southern Bank is Australia's largest customer-owned bank. Formerly CUA, their audiences were becoming increasingly indifferent to the credit union model, so we relaunched them as a bank and gave them a name befitting their size and purpose; to help all Australians own their own home.
This ambitious yet highly personal offer was communicated through a new brand identity, visual style, tone of voice and launch activations. All with a freshness, light-heartedness, warmth and grandeur that positions them amongst yet distinct from the Big 4.
